Program Overview

The National Head Girl Project is a comprehensive leadership development initiative consisting of four key components

National Head Girl Competition (August - September)

A platform for Head Girls to showcase their leadership by developing innovative solutions to address social issues, with a focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This competition fosters collaboration, critical thinking, and social responsibility.

National Head Girl Conference (October)

A flagship event that brings together Head Girls and young female leaders from diverse secondary schools. Featuring keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive workshops led by esteemed leaders and role models, this conference offers invaluable insights into leadership and personal development. It also serves as the culmination of the competition, where winners are recognized.

Bi-Quarterly Training (November 2024 - March)

An online learning platform providing free access to leadership courses led by top leaders, both male and female. These courses focus on leadership development through diverse learning modalities, including mentorship and goal setting.

Alumni Community

A vibrant network of exceptional young girls aged 15-18, aiming to build a community of 5,000 future leaders from diverse backgrounds across Nigeria in 2024.
