As a society, we have come to recognize that true progress lies in embracing diversity and empowering individuals from all walks of life to contribute their unique perspectives and experiences. Achieving gender equality has become a crucial requirement for fostering inclusive leadership and governance. 

Equity, a tool often overlooked, plays a pivotal role in attaining gender equality. It challenges us to interrogate existing systems and structures, designing solutions that are logical and holistic, rather than settling for blanket approaches.
